7.7. Worker Accommodation
When employers provide workers with overnight accommodation, there should be adequate cooking and storage facilities.
7.6. Welfare Facilities
Employers must provide workers with sufficient free safe drinking water.
7.5. Health Services
Special Medical examinations are provided to certain categories of workers performing specific types of work with certain health risk.
7.4. Working Environment
Working conditions should be assessed by a certified Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, Occupational Safety and Health (HIPERKES) Inspector.
7.3. Worker Protection
Frequently used items including materials, tools and switches must be within easy reach of workers, in accordance with ergonomic principles.

Employers must also train workers how to safely use, store and dispose of chemicals.

Employers can place new permanent workers on probation for no longer than three months.

The provisions in a work agreement must be at least as favorable to the worker as the labour law and regulations, the company regulations or the collective bargaining agreement.
