9.2. Bipartite Cooperation Institutions
A bipartite cooperation institution is a forum where workers and management communicate and consult with each other regarding issues relating to industrial relations, enterprise sustainability and workers’ welfare.
9.1. Industrial Relations
The Indonesian Manpower Act states that the government creates policy, provides services, oversees and enforces legislation.
8.3. Leave and Public Holidays
Workers are entitled to 12 days of paid time off for annual leave after 12 months of continuous service.

Employers must provide a written instruction to work overtime and must obtain the written consent of the worker.
8.1. Working Time
Regular working hours are limited to 40 hours per week.
7.8. Emergency Preparedness
Emergency preparedness is the preparation for the emergency situation which might be happen in the workplace.
7.7. Worker Accommodation
When employers provide workers with overnight accommodation, there should be adequate cooking and storage facilities.
7.6. Welfare Facilities
Employers must provide workers with sufficient free safe drinking water.
7.5. Health Services
Special Medical examinations are provided to certain categories of workers performing specific types of work with certain health risk.
7.4. Working Environment
Working conditions should be assessed by a certified Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, Occupational Safety and Health (HIPERKES) Inspector.
